Ok, so I haven't been that great at keeping this blog updated...sorry! Don't worry, it's still the same story - Gabriella is growing too fast. I can't believe she will be two in less than two months. Her vocabulary keeps increasing. She is also learning to listen and obey us a lot more. I've learned in the last few months that discipline is hard and very tiring. But I know it's worth it in the end. Gabriella has also come to realize that time-outs aren't very much fun.

We recently went to the apple orchard/pumpkin patch. We had a really nice time being outside and picking apples. I suppose Jeremy and I have made this a tradition. We've gone to an apple orchard every year since we've been married. I absolutely love it. It's one of the few benefits to living in Minnesota.

It's getting colder in here. We've already had a little bit of snow. It seems like the sun has been hiding for a while. So last weekend we took Gabriella to the Mall of America to ride a few rides and see Dora and The Wonder Pets walking around. They have a special event for kids around Halloween time so we dressed her up in her BEE costume. She was a little scared of the human-size characters, but she did pretty well. We were able to snap a picture with Blue from "Blues Clues."

Tonight we went trick-or-treating for the first time. We invited some family (Jason, Jeanine, & Mackenzie) to go with us around the neighborhood. It was so much fun. Gabriella had a blast. She was so excited that she kept saying "trick or treat" before the person answered the door.

That's pretty much it for now. I will try to add more pictures soon - hopefully before she turns 2. :)
